Currently, for our client, we are looking for candidates with knowledge of Italian for the position of Service Desk Agent.
Project information:
- Location: Katowice/ Kraków/ Lublin/ Opole - hybrid work model
- Working hours: Mon-Sun 7-22
- Languages: English and Italian
- Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
Responsibilities:
- Providing support to customers
- Responding to general enquiries
- Cooperation with other departments to solve customer problems
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English (B1) and Italian (C1)
- Knowledge of Service Now (nice to have)
- Very good communication skills
- Willingness to develop
- Ability to work independently and in a team
