In your future job you will support at a 50% workload our Service Desk team in our office in Bydgoszcz (Poland) actively in the processing of incoming orders and incident reports, which require a robust capacity for good communication.
The remaining 50% is for the implementation, maintenance and development of our ITSM system Servicenow.
The department AO is responsible for the correct processing and forwarding of incoming IT requests and incidents, thereby ensuring communication between the business units and the IT.
Main activities
- First and second‑level support for users in Switzerland
- Advising and assisting users with issues
- Ensuring Service Desk availability via phone and ticketing
- Handling, documenting, and forwarding incidents and requests
- Supporting MS Windows 11 and Office 365 environments
- Installing and uninstalling client applications
- Managing users and groups in Active Directory and DirX
- Access management for business applications
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining and further developing ServiceNow
Your profile
We are looking for a committed and flexible professional with strong teamwork skills and a passion for customer interaction. You possess excellent communication abilities and bring the following qualifications:
- Solid expertise in Windows environments as well as hardware (laptops, desktops, peripheral devices, mobile devices).
- Experience with ServiceNow development and operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of service processes such as Incident, Request, and Change, gained through extensive experience in support.
- An ITIL certification is an advantage.
- German (C1) and English (B2) skills, both written and spoken.
