Lead service design efforts, promoting user and customer-centricity. Establish governance and measurement mechanisms for service design. Facilitate design projects while building organizational design capabilities and managing design operations. Serve as an internal design ambassador and point of contact for design-related matters. Manage budgets, forecasts, and approvals for internal orders. Oversee design tools (e.g., Figma) and maintain supplier relationships. Our requirements Experience working at senior level in service design, product design and / or strategic design Mastery of user-centric design methods and user research Proven track record in designing and driving digital solutions in b-to-b contexts. Competent in strategic design. Experience in taking end-to-end design ownership. Skilled in facilitating cross-discipline collaboration and running workshops remotely and in-person. Excellent project management skills. Relevant academic degree. Excellent written and spoken English skills. Proficiency in Finnish, Swedish and/or German regarded as a bonus.
