Lead and mentor an internal team responsible for managing an external service provider handling DBA services (MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and teamwork
Steering external IT service provider to deliver the expected service with agreed SLAs
Regular KPI reporting
Follow global guidelines (based on MAHLE standards / ITIL) regarding all aspects of operational IT Service delivery
Demand, control and support the continuous service improvement processes

requirements-expected :

Academic background: Computer Science or similar studies
Professional experience: > 5 years
Knowledge and excellent understanding of related business processes and infrastructure technology (Oracle & Microsoft SQL Server, PostegreSQL)
Good knowledge of managing external IT service providers, project management
Good knowledge of service controlling and financial /license management for services
Very good English skills
Leadership experiences (especially leading global teams), leading by example
