Process Transformation Consultant - Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced process design and documentation consultant to analyze, document and improve process/workflow in support of transforming and running complex operational processes to improve our clients business performance. The successful candidate will ensure that we have a well-documented Service Delivery Model with standard operating procedures and best practices across people, processes and technology.
The Process Transformation Consultant will play a vital role in our organization through collaboration with stakeholders to standardize and document processes for a multi-year global transformation program to define and implement a more consistent, cost-effective and technology-enabled operational delivery model for our delivery operations organization.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. They should also have experience with process definition, documentation and large scale change management within a multi-national or global enterprise. They should be comfortable using technology to streamline processes.
