Job Description:

Contract: 12 months + extension

Work model: 3 days from the office in Krakow

Business trips: possible, to France

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Being a main point of contact for the service provider or external FTEs responsible for application maintenance.
2. Compliance with the defined service or FTEs contract, quality and delivery of services provided and expected from suppliers.
3. Coordination with operational managers to ensure the availability of necessary resources for the suppliers to deliver services in compliance with the concept of support chain and end-to-end services.
4. Compliance with the transition processes between the project and the run for all services.
5. Definition of operational thresholds to be met by the supplier in line with the Groups business needs.
6. Management, validation, and updating of documentation, ensuring that documentation remains company property.
7. Monthly pickings to check the operational implementation of the processes defined in the contracts (in coordination with supplier relationship management).
8. Implementation of improvement plans (in coordination with supplier management teams) to address potential issues in service delivery.

SKILLS:

1. Strong experience as a Delivery Manager on the application side.
2. Knowledge of SAP VIM (OpenText Vendor Invoice Management)
3. Strong ITIL knowledge
4. ITIL certification
