responsibilities :
Service Delivery Management: Ensuring the efficient and cost-effective delivery of consultancy services, meeting and exceeding client expectations. This includes taking full accountability for service performance and driving future demand by delivering outstanding results
Client Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and consultants by conducting regular on-site visits, actively listening to their needs, and addressing any issues promptly. Your ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions will be crucial
Project Understanding and Support: Gaining a deep understanding of ongoing projects to better support the recruitment process of consultants. Your insight into the specifics of each project will be instrumental in matching the right talent to client needs
Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyzing both client and internal processes to identify areas for improvement. You will create and implement strategies that enhance service delivery, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitoring your performance against KPIs, deadlines, and procedures, ensuring adherence to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for providing detailed reports to company management, outlining performance, feedback, and areas for improvement
Contract Negotiation and Service Portfolio Development: Gathering feedback from clients and conduct performance reviews to understand their evolving needs. Leverage this information to negotiate contracts and expand the portfolio of services provided, contributing directly to the companys revenue growth
requirements-expected :
Experience in IT Service Delivery or Account Management: With 2-3 years of relevant experience, you will bring a solid understanding of service delivery dynamics and client relationship management, particularly within the IT sector
Fluency in English: Exceptional communication skills in English are essential, enabling you to effectively engage with clients and consultants alike
Willingness to Travel: You should be prepared to conduct regular on-site visits, primarily in Belgium, to maintain and strengthen client relationships
Public Sector Experience: Experience working with public sector or governmental clients is a valuable asset, as it will help you navigate the unique challenges and requirements of this market
Innovative Problem-Solving: A strong desire to explore and implement innovative methods to reach clients and address challenges is key to your success in this role
Self-Motivation and Resilience: The role demands a high level of self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to maintain composure under pressure. A positive outlook and goal-oriented mindset are essential attributes
