The main challenge of this position is leading the local team’s efforts to provide monitoring and issue diagnostics for enterprise-class, cloud-based software solutions.
responsibilities :
Defining the teams vision and development path to meet increasing customer demand and support new services
Coordinating solution support and maintenance activities for cloud-based software, data lake systems, CRM systems, MDM tools, Business Intelligence and Reporting solutions, as well as data loading and validation engines
Collaborating with DevOps/DataOps teams to manage current services and define new ones (including service scoping and estimation)
Overseeing daily ticket operations, ensuring smooth customer service and supporting processes, while optimizing and maintaining workflows
Leading knowledge transfer from Data and Product Engineering teams to Operations
Defining service enhancements as part of Continuous Improvement initiatives
Maintaining strong relationships with Service and Product Owners
Coordinating releases and deployments
Monitoring operational metrics to anticipate and mitigate performance challenges, ensuring business continuity, SLA compliance, and team performance reporting
Supporting the leadership team with various analytical and strategic tasks
Taking ownership of quality assurance processes

The ideal candidate has both IT Operations and Technical Data Management knowledge
Experience in leading Agile Operations and/or Technical teams
Knowledge of ITIL
Knowledge of Service Desk tools (e.g. JIRA Service Desk)
Hands-on experience with monitoring and supporting enterprise-class solutions
Advanced level of English (daily communication, presentations and negotiations)
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business strategies into effective processes, systems and tools
Experience in team management (including the ability to motivate and develop employees, delegate tasks, and manage priorities)
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills – effective relationship management
Proactive approach with a goal-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving, and analytical skills
