Service Delivery Benefits Processor / Analyst

The Flex Operations team works closely with all colleagues from Service Delivery as well as the Health Solutions teams to implement and support service delivery for online benefits clients. They focus on processing standard service delivery work, to clean data, import and export reports, support daily on‑going administration work, and co‑work with digital benefits internal teams to deliver best service to clients.

They are responsible for service delivery quality as per agreed timeline, driving continuous operational efficiency, aligning to operating models, and ensuring all projects meet and exceed Aon’s and our clients’ agreed best practices and standards of service.

What the day will look like

  • Responsible for successful service delivery in accordance with the agreed in scope deliverables for BAU and implementations/renewals.
  • Learn to understand Aon’s online benefits platforms operating mechanism, based on the standard service delivery to support standard online benefits operating model for BAU, implementations and renewals.
  • Support the System Delivery Consultants, as needed, with system testing.
  • Deliver monthly enrollment reports to clients including the generation of monthly reports as well as invoice issuing.
  • Handle the daily enquires and other requirements from HRs and employees based on the SLA with clients.
  • Handle the FSA daily operation work based on the SLA with clients.
  • Drive continuous service delivery process efficiency to align with Aon’s standards and meet local business needs.
  • Be responsible for the compilation and revision of employee benefits commodity manuals/configurations, and accurately present commodity information and benefit rules.
  • Collaborate with procurement, administration and other departments to ensure that benefit content matches employees’ needs.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Basic knowledge about general compensation and benefits will be a plus.
  • Proficient English spoken and written skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of computers and office tools, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Be careful and rigorous, with strong control over details such as policy clauses and commodity information; have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to complete the collation and update of benefit materials on time.
  • Possess solid writing skills, be able to compile manuals clearly and logically, and ensure the content is easy to understand and unambiguous.
  • Excellent customer service, teamwork spirit and have high sense of responsibility.
  • Capable to communicate effectively and independently with both internal and external.
  • Be able to learn fast and work under pressure.
  • Continue to develop and learn in order to keep up to date with technology, methodology and best practices.
