Service Coordinator – Warsaw, Poland
Responsibilities
- Working with the SAP system: monitoring alerts from turbines, creating a work order based on an alarm and other sources, creating service orders, assigning service orders to technicians, adding materials to service orders, closing service orders completed by technicians, entering new service points into SAP, preparing maintenance plans
- Ensuring completeness of documentation from the work performed and correctness and timeliness of reporting of work performed
- Contact with representatives of service points and wind farm owners
- Ensuring effective ongoing communication during the performance of service work
- Prioritizing open service orders
- Preparing efficient and cost-effective service schedules to meet contractual obligations and customer expectations
- Monitoring work progress
- Ensuring efficient planning of available resources and optimal assignment of technicians and subcontractors to planned work
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar position
- Preferably working in the Service organization, ideally Wind Industry Service organization
- Good planning and organizational skills
- English language skills at a level that allows for communication and use of English-language applications
- Driving license category B
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
