Your Mission :
We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator and Field Service Engineer to join our team, focusing on MU Poland and MU CEE North. While the majority of your role (~70%) will be actively working at customer sites, ensuring top-notch service and support, this position also has an important coordinating side, in which you will be responsible for guiding other FSEs in the field, providing direct support and expertise. You will organize regular PMP meetings with customers and coordinate communication. You will be the primary contact for service and emergency requests, and act as the local project coordinator. Additionally, you will conduct local investigations for customer claims and support the Technical Service Manager and others in customer meetings.
