What you’ll be doing: 

• Will be part of Platform Management team that maintain and support web applications and platforms after project delivery phase 
• Independently co-ordinate live services for international customers (single point of contact for client stakeholders) including maintenance and development streams 
• Use ITIL processes in practice to deliver optimized IT services (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management) 
• Prioritize and manage tasks for engineering team using different systems (co-operation with System Engineers, Application Engineers, Developers and Quality Assurance) 
• Controlling the budget utilization and co-operation with client on the prioritization of tasks based on the existing budget or managing client expectations 
• Identify, track, and manage mitigation of risks related to the project, escalating any risks requiring additional actions in a timely manner. 
• Prepare and share SLA and budget reports 
• Create and own a consolidated view of the service backlog, including escalations, issues, and improvements, with relevant business cases and budgetary approvals at a customer level. 
• Connect an agile approach with service management daily through co-operation with project teams 

What you should have: 

• Professional experience in ITSM, either in Service Management or Project Management 
• Knowledge of MS Excel 
• English (at least B2) 
• Excellent communication and analytical skills 
• Feel comfortable working with computer software 
• Consider yourself a proactive person and like to introduce improvements
