We are currently looking for Service Center Leader for our Stemmann Poland plant located in Katy Wroclawskie. You will be working closely with the Plant Director and cross‑functional teams from different legacies including Poznan, Stemmann Polska, and Warsaw United International Railways. This role is embedded within the Customer Services organization and supports the integration and industrial development of overhauling activities in the new building of the Production Unit.
As a Service Center Leader you will be responsible for leading the integration of customer service activities from multiple legacies into the new building, ensuring alignment with manufacturing processes and compliance with Health & Safety standards. You will oversee the industrial transfer, development of overhauling activities, and the integration of Stemmann Polska overhauling lines. Your role will be pivotal in achieving Quality, Standard‑Time and Lead Time objectives while supporting layout definition, equipment localisation, and operator training.
