Job Description

We are currently looking for Service Center Leader for our Stemmann Poland plant located in Katy Wroclawskie. Who will you be working with?

You will be working closely with the Plant Director and cross‑functional teams from different legacies including Poznan, Stemmann Polska, and Warsaw United International Railways. This role is embedded within the Customer Services organization and supports the integration and industrial development of overhauling activities in the new building of the Production Unit.

How will you make a difference?

As a Service Center Leader you will be responsible for leading the integration of customer service activities from multiple legacies into the new building, ensuring alignment with manufacturing processes and compliance with Health & Safety standards. You will oversee the industrial transfer, development of overhauling activities, and the integration of Stemmann Polska overhauling lines. Your role will be pivotal in achieving Quality, Standard‑Time and Lead Time objectives while supporting layout definition, equipment localisation, and operator training.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Minimum secondary technical education in mechanics or electronics
  • Valid UDT (Technical Inspection) qualifications
  • Certifications: SEP (up to 1kV), F‑gas handling, portable tank filling, soldering (ISO13585:2012)
  • Permission to work at heights above 3m
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy industry service area, including 2 years in team coordination
  • Proven ability to manage teams effectively
  • Practical knowledge of Lean Management methodology
  • Understanding of labour law and health & safety regulations
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Strong command of English and Polish
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Independent, proactive, and able to set priorities effectively

What will your typical day look like?

  • Support layout definition of the Customer Service Area in the new building, integrating legacy product needs and optimising process/material flows
  • Ensure manufacturing equipment and end‑of‑line stations meet SISCO standards and lead localisation activities
  • Organise and conduct operator training programmes, including sessions at SISCOs, to build multi‑skilled and flexible teams
  • Collaborate with management and legacy teams to define and implement processes for Bill of Materials, material procurement and manufacturing documentation (routines, instructions, quality control plans).
