The position will involve working in the Customer Services group for Adtran, Poland. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team of Global Service Business Managers who is capable of handling substantive assignments, projects, and tasks of moderate scope and complexity with a high degree of competence. Crucial for the team is the professional management of the contracts and maintenance of the company assets, the contractual and commercial reporting on forecasting on business and profitability, as well as the speedy and efficient generation of offers meeting our Customers’ service expectations.
responsibilities :
The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to perform any or all of the following tasks at various times as dictated by project needs.
Actively interacting with both Adtran Sales Representatives and external Customers to drive and increase the service Booking and Revenue figures and to develop future service business.
Creating and generating customer offers from the Adtran service portfolio, using service offer guidelines and templates.
Managing Service Contract Database, including asset management, contracts duration, expiry, renewals, installed base and service entitlements.
Generating Service Revenue forecasts and service business reports.
Assisting Regional Service Business Managers located worldwide in preparing quotes and offers for customers, as well as supporting service business negotiations.
Ensuring timely operational readiness for new maintenance agreements in alignment with other departments within Adtran.
Generating service business transparency with regards to service orders, service invoices and service revenue recognition.
Providing service cost and profitability analysis for tenders, offers and service contract negotiations.
Providing guidance to Sales Representatives on the service portfolio, service offerings, as well as the respective processes and workflows.
Occasionally supporting sales and marketing campaigns for services in the region.
Getting involved in service Revenue planning and budgetary planning process.
requirements-expected :
Previous Experience in Business Administration role, ideally but not necessarily in the Telecommunications industry.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Ability to engage in effective, direct communication with Customers focusing on building positive interactions and relationships.
Capability to handle multiple tasks under time pressure.
Strong negotiation skills.
Competence in effectively influencing and reaching agreements while balancing the interests of all parties involved.
Motivated to collaborate effectively within a team and make independent decisions as necessary.
Proficient in PC-based office applications, particularly in data management and reporting.
Highly organized and skilled in task prioritization.
