Analyze and evaluate existing business processes to identify, validate, and prioritize automation opportunities.
Document current-state (“as‑is”) processes and design optimized future-state (“to‑be”) processes aligned with business goals, automation strategy, and test transformation objectives.
Assess automation feasibility based on business rules, systems, data requirements, and process variations.
Manage automation initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring that business requirements, scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business expectations and performance criteria.
Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (test automation, RPA developers, business and process owners).
Monitor the performance of implemented automation solutions, recommending improvements and enhancements as needed .

Experience in documenting business processes and creating clear, structured process documentation.
Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to understand and break down simple to moderately complex processes.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
Good understanding of SAP (mandatory); experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
Nice to have: participation in SAP implementation projects, exposure to manual testing or test automation activities, or prior experience working as a Business Analyst.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with structured documentation templates.
Good command of English, both written and spoken, enabling communication with cross‑functional teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.
