An incredible opportunity awaits you as Service Administrator . In this role, you will play a part in our dynamic Administration & GDC Team , being responsible for the implementation of administrative tasks related to the work of the service team for our foreign business units in Norway and/or Finland. The person fulfilling this role may additionally be responsible for supporting the administrative area for the Product Support Services office in Gdynia.

Place of work: Gdynia

What will you do?

  1. Settle the work of the service team - you will process expenses and service staff timesheets and settle them in accordance with applicable policies and process requirements.
  2. Handling documentation and invoices - you will deal with the invoicing process for internal and external customers, acting as the first contact person in the event of invoicing problems and managing the service archive. The tasks in this area will also include, as well as potential settlement of employee’s travel.
  3. Administrative work - you will provide administrative support for the office, create reports in MS Excel, calculate work in MS Excel, generate purchase requisitions, work in ERP systems.
  4. You will take an active part in the further, dynamic development of the company and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas requiring improvement of processes and systems.

You are the right person for this position if:

  1. You have experience in a similar position, including, above all, experience in the process of issuing invoices and settling business trips.
  2. You have graduated or are finishing a university (finance, economic or related field is welcome).
  3. You have highly developed interpersonal skills.
  4. You are comfortable with MS Office programs - especially MS Excel (at an intermediate level).
  5. You are ready for business trips abroad.
  6. You speak English at a level that allows you to communicate freely (min. B2).
  7. You are ambitious and ready for further learning and development - you are proactive.
  8. You like challenges, you are good at solving problems.
  9. You are a person with a sense of responsibility for your own development and the companys.
  10. You demonstrate analytical skills.
