Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer service contracts.
• Process quotes efficiently in SAP, ensuring alignment with customer agreements.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding contract renewals.
• Collaborate with our diverse business partners across various countries, enhancing our global support.
• Deliver top-notch service every day while meeting our KPIs.
• Maintain organized and timely electronic archives for all relevant documents.

What You Need to Succeed

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. 
• Excellent English skills (C1) and good French skills (B2). 
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus . 
• A keen attention to detail and a strong customer-oriented approach.
