WHAT YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE?

  • Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Supply Planning and Inventory Management: monitoring stock levels, optimizing inventory of parts to ensure continuous series production while minimizing storage cost and space, collaborating with suppliers to align delivery schedules.
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of parts, addressing supply chain disruptions such as delivery delays or part shortages, working closely with internal and external clients.
  • Organizing and overseeing the transportation of supplies to the series production plant in Niepolomice, Munich and Salzgitter.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks related to supply chain interruptions and quickly responding to issues such as parts shortages or transport delays.
  • Analyzing data in IT systems to improve logistics efficiency and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Demand Planning and Ordering: forecasting screw and bulk part consumption based on production plans, determining optimal order quantities to avoid shortages.
  • Collaboration with suppliers to ensure delivery on‑time according to the delivery schedule.
  • Organisation of meetings with external and internal customers.
  • Daily verification of serial production coverage of parts under the responsibility of the series material manager.
  • Organisation of special transports to avoid parts shortages in series production.
  • Participate in plant projects for the implementation of new parts. JIS/JIT Material Management:
  • Adjusting parameters for Transportfamilie in TRF Confi gurator.
  • Adding or adjusting (if necessary) the data for BTF (Betriebstellenfi lter) in WMX.
  • Daily monitoring of the trailer status – PL/FI/TR.
  • Control of the trailer content (if it’s full as ordered or if contains less or more parts than it should).
  • Monitoring status of “Erste Perle” in each trailer, as it’s calculating live and is very important to speed up/postpone trailer according to current production status.

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE?

  • A university degree
  • Secure oral and written communication in German, English and Polish.
  • Several years of professional experience in logistics function, ideally in scheduling (pre-series, series, replacement, inbound/outbound) or a corresponding interface.
  • Good MS Office skills and good knowledge of SAP R/3.
  • Experienced in working in a team.
  • Analytical skills for understanding different IT Systems and Processes End to end.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
  • Higher level of stress resistance.
  • Working in office in factory in Niepolomice and willingness to take business trips.
