Tasks Design and execute SEO and GEO strategies aligned with business goals and the evolving AI-search landscape Optimize content and website structure for classic search engines and generative AI models (LLMs, AI Overviews,conversational search) Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and topic gap analysis across traditional and AI-powered search results Monitor and optimize technical SEO (site health, indexability, Core Web Vitals) using tools such as Screaming Frog or Semrush Analyze traffic, user behavior, and conversion paths using GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, and Looker Studio Translate data into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable improvements Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to improve visibility, relevance, and conversion Track trends in AI search, GEO, and LLM behavior, testing new approaches and recommending innovations Plan, execute, and optimize a link building strategy focused on authority, relevance, and long-term SEO value Must have 3 years of experience in digital marketing Strong knowledge of SEO principles Strong hands-on experience in SEO (technical, on-page, and content optimization) Solid analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data Excellent command of English (C1) Advanced knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, Semrush Experience in traffic analysis, conversion tracking, attribution models, and reporting Proven ability to conduct search intent analysis and keyword research Experience working with SEO audits, technical reports, and optimization recommendations Understanding of how AI models impact content visibility and discoverability Ability to work independently and take ownership of SEO/GEO initiatives Nice to have Experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, and user behavior analysis (heatmaps, session recordings) Experience optimizing content for thought leadership, long-form expert content, and topical authority Knowledge of Looker Studio / Data Studio for advanced reporting and dashboards What do we offer? ambitious, creative, talented & highly experienced team contributing to projects for clients all over the world flexible working hours and a possibility to work remotely private health insurance, MultiSport Card, HearMe platform and other goodies chillout room with table soccer, ping-pong, and PS5 console
