Your Role & Responsibilities
As an SEO/SEM Specialist at RITS, you will be the architect of our digital visibility. Your daily challenges will include:
- Setting up and optimizing high‑performing SEM campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Conducting audits and implementing technical SEO fixes to ensure top‑tier site performance
- Crafting SEO‑rich text with a high level of verbal aesthetics
- Designing and executing link‑building strategies
- Analyzing competitors, finding content gaps, and identifying high‑value B2B keywords
What You Bring to the Team
- Proven track record in managing complex SEO/SEM projects (B2B/IT industry experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in at least one major SEO tool; SemRush, Ahrefs, or Senuto
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and highly organized. You take ownership, ask the right questions, and have a sharp eye for aesthetics
- Fluent English is a must. German or other language is a huge plus
- Nice to have: Experience with HubSpot and an understanding of the IT outsourcing market
