The IT company Andersen is looking for an SEO/Content Marketing Manager. Our team needs a cool and creative person who will act as a generator of interesting thoughts.

Responsibilities

1. Managing the site blog and transferring TORs to copywriters.
2. Working with site analysts and timely optimisation of the pages assigned by them.
3. Analyzing the effectiveness of the site and managing the team.
4. Auditing the site and developing a strategy for the future in order to increase the number of leads.
5. Understanding the business side of the company in order to prioritize.
6. Finding new solutions to improve performance.

Requirements

1. Experience in SEO (internal, external and technical) for 3+ years.
2. Proficiency in Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog tools.
3. Ability to analyze and report on processes and results.
4. Experience in team management.
5. Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate or above.

Desired Skills

1. Knowledge of the German language.
2. Ability to work with content in different styles: news, for social networks – for further integration with the site.
3. Ability to work with Google Ads (drafting advertising texts and customisation).
