As a Senior Full-Stack Developer with Optimizely, you’ll be part of a collaborative web development team based mainly in Poznań, known for its strong cooperation and good humor.
• Localization: remote/ Poznań

• Develop robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines.
• Develop features across the stack—from data access and business logic to UI.
• Write unit tests, fix bugs, and document as needed to support sprint goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders.

• Backend: .NET 8+, Episerver/Optimizely CMS, Microservices, Apache Kafka, SQL Server.
• Frontend: NextJS, Webpack, React, TailwindCSS.
• DevOps: Azure Devops, Github Actions, Docker.
• Tools: Storybook, Chromatic.
• Development Tools: Rider, Visual Studio.
• Source Control: Git, Github, Gitflow.
• Preferred Skills: Serverless/microservices architectures (Docker) * RESTful APIs on .NET * Headless CMS Optimizely setups – Optimizely DXP
