You will impact a wide range of high-impact projects focused on designing and implementing innovative GenAI solutions leveraging the latest in Microsoft Azure and .NET technologies, fostering technological advancement and digital transformation. Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model, 1 day from the office per week. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. Your responsibilities Design and implement solutions utilizing GenAI (OpenAI API, Document Intelligence, AI Foundry) with C# and .NET. Develop and enhance backend web applications including API and business logic; full-stack candidates will also work on frontend layers using Angular. Integrate backend services (REST APIs, microservices) with GenAI models and other cloud services. Design and optimize data structures and queries in SQL Server. Build cloud-native solutions in Azure, including App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL. Collaborate with Product Owners and analysts from concept, PoC, and MVP stages through to production deployment and system evolution. Contribute to architectural decisions regarding system scaling, security, and AI solution performance. Maintain high code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices. Our requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a .NET/C# Developer. Practical experience with GenAI, including LLM API integration, Document Intelligence, and model orchestration. Deep knowledge of C# and .NET 6/8. Proficiency with Python in AI/ML projects (scripting, prototyping, integrations). Strong working knowledge of SQL Server (data modeling, complex queries, optimization). Experience in developing web applications with layered architecture, REST API, and security best practices. Hands-on experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud environment. Ability to independently manage end-to-end tasks—from conception through deployment and maintenance. Fluent in Polish and English, capable of working with documentation and collaborating with an international team. Emphasis on clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following principles like SOLID, Clean Code, and design patterns. Optional Experience with GenAI and document processing, including prompt engineering and LLM for business contexts. Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases. Experience with document processing (PDFs, scans, large archives). Familiarity with Agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, and autonomous AI agents. Expertise in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem: Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Key Vault. Experience with Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, version control, release management). Skills in optimizing AI/ML workflows using GitHub Copilot or Cursor. Background working on enterprise or high-availability systems.
