responsibilities :
Design and develop new features using .NET 8 to enhance online banking services
Implement and optimize SQL-based data access layers for reliable data management
Build and maintain containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes
Collaborate with distributed teams within an Agile environment to deliver high-quality solutions
Participate in developing secure payment systems and financial functionalities
Share knowledge and support less experienced team members to foster team growth
Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure code quality and security
Maintain existing applications, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
Manage your own time and responsibilities effectively while working remotely
requirements-expected :
At least 4 years of experience in developing IT systems, preferably in finance or similar sectors
Strong hands-on expertise with .NET technologies, especially .NET 8
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and MS SQL databases
Practical understanding of Agile software development methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in distributed teams
Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently
Experience in developing new features and maintaining existing banking or financial applications
A passion for software development and continuous learning
Good command of Polish (Communicative level)
