We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our Digital Solutions Team, which plays a pivotal role in our product development for Microsoft Dynamics 365. As part of the Wind, Port and Group apps team, your work will help ensure windmill components receive timely service, cruise ships are stocked on time and increase logistic transparency that our customers have come to rely on.
You will be at the forefront of designing, creating, and maintaining our business applications. Your expertise will bridge the gap between technical complexities and practical implementations. Collaboration with multiple application teams will be essential as you contribute to the end-to-end process, ensuring it is efficient, reliable, and meets Blue Water’s needs. This is a hands-on, backend-focused role, but we value a full-stack mindset and a proactive attitude. You will work closely with multiple application teams, business stakeholders, and other developers across Europe.
responsibilities :
Design and implement backend solutions using C# and .NET (.NET Framework 4.6.2 and newer, such as .NET 6–8) using modern tools and cloud-native technologies.
Develop and expose integration interfaces using RESTful services, ensuring reliability, security, and reusability.
Design and work with relational databases and schemas (e.g., SQL Server, Dataverse); write and optimize SQL queries.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues quickly and effectively, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
Collaborate with multiple application teams in an Agile environment to ensure solution alignment and delivery consistency.
Communicate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and clarify complex technical topics in simple, accessible language.
Take part in code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and drive best practices across the team.
Contribute to system design and documentation (e.g.: solution designs, relational schema diagrams, architecture diagrams, etc.).
requirements-expected :
5–6 years of experience as a backend or full-stack developer.
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (Framework 4.6.2 and .NET 6–8).
Experience working with relational databases and SQL (e.g. SQL Server).
Solid experience in building and consuming REST APIs and debugging with Postman.
Familiarity with Git, pull request reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
Agile development experience and exposure to tools like Azure DevOps.
Self-driven with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, especially in conversations with non-technical stakeholders involved in business process planning.
