Your responsibilities

Lead the design, enhancement, and governance of the WPS Global Product Operating Framework, aligning Wealth, Private Banking, and Retail products.
Optimise product lifecycle management through digital solutions and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Drive product simplification initiatives within WPS and with other HSBC business lines.
Design and embed new product operating models requiring cross-business collaboration, multi-market implementation, and third-party integration.
Review and improve WPS processes across markets and platforms, resolving issues related to operating models, data, and regulatory breaches.
Manage third-party onboarding, contracting, and oversight, ensuring compliance with risk management frameworks.
Coordinate and execute strategic change and digitalisation initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Managers.

Our requirements

Strong understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Investment, and Retail Banking products, platforms, and processes.
Knowledge of product governance, regulatory frameworks, and operational risk.
Experience in writing procedures, operating instructions and frameworks.
Proven delivery in complex, ambiguous and matrixed structures across multiple markets.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across countries and time zones.
Experience managing external third parties.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills; able to work autonomously.

Join HSBC’s Wealth & Premier Solutions (WPS) Global Product Services team as a Senior Business Manager. You’ll drive global product operating models, lead third-party and market data management, and deliver improved client outcomes across WPS products and platforms. This role offers broad exposure across WPS markets, HSBC business lines, and external partners.

Additional information

The pay range for this role is 18259 PLN - 23000 PLN (monthly, gross).

Additional car allowance in the amount of 4620 PLN (monthly, gross).

Variable pay is discretionary, but influenced by Group performance, business/function performance and individual performance.
