For our customer, leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation we are seeking a Senior Workplace Engineer with French language.

Place of work: Katowice , hybrid model of work - once a week from the office)

responsibilities :
Analyse and resolve incidents related to Windows 10, Virtual machine (VirtuOS), Client workstation
Handle telephone calls from technical teams
Track, chase, and control tickets
Handle requests for virtual machines creation/modification/configuration
Create and manage user and administrator accounts in the Active Directory console
Troubleshoot and perform procedural follow ups
Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise workplace solutions, including desktop/laptop configurations, mobile devices, and collaboration tools
Implement and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft Remote Desktop)
requirements-expected :
3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments.
Fluent verbal and written French language skills
Familiarity with VMware vSphere environment
Experience working as a Customer service agent
Team player with a problem-solving attitude and efficient task management skills
