Responsibilities:

• Analyse and resolve incidents related to Windows 10, Virtual machine (VirtuOS), Client workstation.
• Handle telephone calls from technical teams.
• Track, chase, and control tickets.
• Handle requests for virtual machines creation/modification/configuration.
• Create and manage user and administrator accounts in the Active Directory console.
• Troubleshoot and perform procedural follow-ups.
• Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise workplace solutions, including desktop/laptop configurations, mobile devices, and collaboration tools.
• Implement and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and application delivery solutions (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Microsoft Remote Desktop).
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, managing workplace technology and end-user environments.
• Fluent verbal and written French language skills.
• Familiarity with VMware vSphere environment.
• Experience working as a Customer service agent.
• Team player with a problem-solving attitude and efficient task management skills.
• Willing to take initiative and learn new things.
