We are looking for:

Senior Workday Recruiting Consultant

Your future role:

1. Implement and configure Workday Recruiting and HCM solutions for a global customer base. Design, configure, test, and deploy business requirements across multiple Workday HCM module(s) while remaining flexible to clients changing needs.
2. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
3. Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements and implement system enhancements.
4. Manage the project scope, quality, and timeline for area(s) of expertise. Provide guidance, instruction, direction, and coaching to team members. Review team members work as necessary to ensure quality.
5. Perform research on problems, identify the true cause and present/implement corrective measures to the client.
6. Act as a mentor and coach for less experienced team members.
7. Gain an intermediate understanding of touchpoints, dependencies, and integration aspects across different Workday area(s).

Apply if you have:

1. 2+ years experience deploying Workday Recruiting and HCM implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday.
2. Workday HCM and Recruiting certificates.
3. Deep knowledge of Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Security and Reporting.
4. Ability to lead medium to large Recruiting projects for the full project lifecycle – from initial scoping/planning, discovery, design, testing, to go live and hypercare.
5. Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects of all sizes in both supporting and leadership roles.
6. Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with no supervision.
7. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment.
8. Ability to understand client’s requirements and think out of the box in order to find the best configuration solutions and advise clients.
9. Understanding of recruiting processes from clients perspective.
10. Willingness and ability to mentor other consultants.
11. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

1. Experience in leading Workday Recruiting and HCM implementations.
2. Knowledge of other Workday modules.
3. Other Workday certificates.
4. Experience with other HRIS systems.
5. German or Spanish language skills.
6. Ability to meet travel requirements.
