In this role you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday solutions through implementation and product expertise operating within geographically distributed project and customer teams.
This role offers a development path to build on existing HCM knowledge and implementation experience to become a Workday product and domain expert in the business processes of Recruit-to-Onboard, Talent Acquisition and Development, or Reward. These represent interlinked product functions within Workdays application suite. You will be asked to demonstrate an advanced understanding of business and industry practices as well as the ability to recommend solutions to customers.
Using Workday methodology, you will work as a Workstream Lead on customer projects to deliver product solutions to real-life business challenges. Be ready to solve business puzzles and have fun while doing it!
Key Areas of Responsibility:
About You
You already have a successful track record in HCM software implementation including being accountable for requirements gathering. You have a good understanding of how businesses operate in at least one industry. Turning problem statements into software configuration recommendations for your customers is what you enjoy doing and what drives you. Ability to take ownership, drive relevant discussions and effectively propose solutions is what has made your career successful to date. You are now ready for your next professional step and want to continue to develop functional consulting skills using market-leading software and working for an ethical company where people genuinely care about one another.
