responsibilities :
providing guidance on the Workday platform and playing a key role in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Workday-based solutions. This involves preparing and leading workshops, configuring and testing solutions, and managing various routine tasks within this context;
assisting clients in optimizing their processes in Workday and provide proposals for improvements
conducting training sessions and offering support on processes and functions;
together with the team, identifying and resolving technical issues.
requirements-expected :
completed bachelors degree, e.g., in Computer Science, Psychology, HR Management, or another relevant field;
minimum of 3 years of experience as Workday Consultant (different modules);
good knowledge of HR processes and HR systems, with a focus on Workday;
strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as teamwork ability;
excellent communication skills in English;
willingness to travel is required.
