As a Senior WMS Implementation Consultant in the D365 Finance and Operations system, you will be responsible for leading both implementation and development projects related to warehouse management and logistics process optimization. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and adapting the WMS solution to their operational requirements.

Location: Hybrid (1 day per week in the office in Warsaw)

Senior WMS Consultant - D365 Finance and Operations

Your responsibilities

• Analyze client logistics and warehouse processes to identify areas for optimization.
• Configure and customize D365 F&O to meet client requirements.
• Integrate D365 F&O with other IT systems.
• Optimize operational warehouse processes within D365 F&O.
• Enhance the efficiency of the D365 F&O system.
• Prepare project documentation, including requirement specifications, implementation plans, and progress reports.
• Conduct training for end users and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with the project team and other departments to ensure consistency between the system and business processes.
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and propose further improvements.

Our requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in WMS system implementations, especially in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment.
• At least one full implementation cycle of D365 F&O with advanced WMS management.
• Experience as an implementation consultant, preferably in a lead consultant or project leader role.
• Experience with D365 F&O integrations with other systems.
• Expertise in optimizing warehouse processes both from a process and system performance perspective.
• Experience with D365 F&O manufacturing module implementation is a plus.
• Expert knowledge of D365 modules related to warehouse management, logistics, and operational processes.
• Ability to configure and customize D365 F&O.
• Proficiency in designing processes with a focus on high efficiency.
• Financial system knowledge in D365 F&O will be a significant advantage.
• Ability to plan and decompose the implementation process into specific phases.
• Experience in managing projects from analysis to implementation and post-launch support.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is an advantage.
• Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 or project management are a plus.
• Experience in integrating D365 F&O with other ERP/SAP systems is highly desirable.
