What you will do:

  • Cooperate with the Head of Brand Design and Governance and the Brand Management team in implementing a global digital strategy
  • Be the point of contact between the Brand Management team and other stakeholders
  • Support clients independently in creating and managing internal and external web portals using various CMSs and digital platforms
  • Provide advice and assist with operating a digital asset management platform, digital content management, and digital asset management tools
  • Ensure digital projects meet brand guidelines, are of top quality, and comply with GDPR and security standards
  • Create expert content for Brand Portal services, such as articles, case studies, and social media content
  • Conduct training sessions on tools, digital strategies, and processes for clients, team members, and other teams
  • Manage project stakeholders, deadlines, and progress to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion. Report to the team manager on project status, milestones, and challenges
  • Participate in the sales process, prepare offers, and conduct workshops with potential clients. Look for ways to expand the team’s services
  • Closely support and collaborate with the team, help onboard new team members, and share knowledge and best practices


We look forward to working together if:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in this field or a similar position.
  • You have hands-on experience in CMS platforms (especially Adobe Experience Manager), HTML & CSS, and Google Analytics.
  • You have knowledge of SEO and performance-based digital marketing.
  • You have experience in Digital Assets Management solutions 
  • You have a very good eye for detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • You can execute and deliver tasks on short notice.
  • You have proven digital communication and analytical skills.
  • You have basic experience in Adobe Photoshop.
  • You have worked with international clients.
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • You have experience with Templafy tool
  • You can perform UAT’s
  • You are familiar with JIRA
  • You are familiar with Figma
