Cooperate with the Head of Brand Design and Governance and the Brand Management team in implementing a global digital strategy
Be the point of contact between the Brand Management team and other stakeholders
Support clients independently in creating and managing internal and external web portals using various CMSs and digital platforms
Provide advice and assist with operating a digital asset management platform, digital content management, and digital asset management tools
Ensure digital projects meet brand guidelines, are of top quality, and comply with GDPR and security standards
Create expert content for Brand Portal services, such as articles, case studies, and social media content
Conduct training sessions on tools, digital strategies, and processes for clients, team members, and other teams
Manage project stakeholders, deadlines, and progress to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion. Report to the team manager on project status, milestones, and challenges
Participate in the sales process, prepare offers, and conduct workshops with potential clients. Look for ways to expand the team’s services
Closely support and collaborate with the team, help onboard new team members, and share knowledge and best practices
requirements-expected :
You have 4+ years of experience in this field or a similar position.
You have hands-on experience in CMS platforms (especially Adobe Experience Manager), HTML & CSS, and Google Analytics.
You have knowledge of SEO and performance-based digital marketing.
You have experience in Digital Assets Management solutions
You have a very good eye for detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
You can execute and deliver tasks on short notice.
You have proven digital communication and analytical skills.
You have basic experience in Adobe Photoshop.
You have worked with international clients.
You are fluent in English (written and spoken).
