Senior UI/UX (Web) Designer

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX (Web) Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Design landing pages, promo pages, and websites from scratch.
- Develop static and animated banners.
- Engage in product design and create guidelines for brand and digital books.
- Redesign existing projects according to UI/UX principles and grid rules.
- Develop and create prototypes.
- Communicate with project managers, stakeholders, and clients to gather and adjust UI requirements.
- Create design systems and UI kits.
- Conduct UX/UI research and present findings.
- Participate in design approvals, UX concept demos, and general project demo sessions.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in design with a strong portfolio demonstrating research and design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC and Figma (components, auto‑layout, constraints).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles, usability and Human‑Centered Design.
- Modern web, mobile, and graphic design trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience with Nielsen Norman Group heuristics.
- Up‑to‑date on industry trends, new technologies, and design systems.
