Senior Warehouse Operations Specialist

Twój zakres obowiązków
- Assist in building a standardized regional architecture system, assist in completing job standardization construction and establishing standardized management, and optimize and adjust according to business changes;
- Coordinate the warehouse operation plan, coordinate the pace of each warehouse operation, and unify the scheduling strategy;
- Unify warehouse operation processes and standards, output standard operation manuals and various execution standards;
- Promote the implementation of various institutional processes and standards in the warehouse, identify on-site operational issues, drive warehouse analysis and improvement, and implement closed-loop management;
- Responsible for achieving the core indicators of the warehouse, identifying the reasons for abnormalities, promoting improvements in the area, and following up on the improvement results to ensure compliance;
- Establish a warehouse material and equipment management process and system, develop standards for the use of various materials and consumables in the warehouse, and control the cost of consumables;
- Warehousing Labor Planning experiences - based on warehousing business needs, conduct labor planning to ensure both of labor needs fulfillment and cost optimizating;
- Operation Efficiency Management experiences - develop warehousing operation efficiency management system and conduct operation efficiency optimization, making sure the operation efficiency can meet the business needs;
Nasze wymagania
- From 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of warehouse planning.
- Understanding of e-commerce warehousing production models.
- Knowledge in the field of managing inventory efficiently and controlling warehousing costs, while staying up to date with the latest trends in the warehousing industry.
- Familiar with tools such as Visio, XMind, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SQL proficiently, with a solid understanding of ERP principles and systems, as well as WMS systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and logically. Youll be expected to have a strong execution capability, be adept at coordinating tasks, and excel in fostering team cohesion.
- Experience in conducting labor planning within a warehousing environment, aimed at fulfilling labor requirements efficiently while optimizing costs according to business needs.
- Experience in developing and implementing warehouse operation efficiency management systems, with a proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency to align with business objectives.
