responsibilities :
Defining a Consistent Visual Direction
establishing and maintaining a unified visual approach across all channels and platforms
developing and refining UI components, icons, and other design assets
Creative Supervision over Product Development
overseeing the creative aspects of product development to ensure alignment with our simplification goals
working closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment
ensuring the design system enhances the usability and accessibility of the e-commerce platform
Creating Visual Standards
developing and implementing visual standards that guide the design process and enhance the user experience
creating and developing coherent solutions to improve look&feel
conducting regular audits of the design system and its implementation across the platform to ensure quality and consistency
requirements-expected :
We are looking for people who:
Have significant experience designing usable, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces
Can think outside the box and push the boundaries of design
Have creative minds with a knack for visual consistency
Are proficient in design tools (Figma, Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Premiere, Lottie) and have an eye for detail
Are curious about the user, problem or the solution they are looking for
Love experimenting and do not shy away from bold ideas, propose hypotheses and verify them
Have strong verbal and visual presentation skills that communicate the process, approach, and impact of the design (visual storytelling)
Clearly and persuasively communicate the rationale for design choices
Can create interesting and engaging mobile applications, but the needs of the Web are also not foreign to them.
Are communicative and focused on cooperation and problem-solving
Are open to discussing their topics in English (fluent English on C1 level)
