We are looking for a passionate, out-of-the-box thinking designer willing work on innovative and experimental prototypes. The ideal candidate will be up to speed with the latest trends in disruptive tech and ready to explore new ways of thinking.
As a Product Designer, you will work in a small team of designers, videographers, and developers. Your responsibilities will revolve around creating modern, minimalistic, functional designs in close cooperation with other designers and the business stakeholders.
responsibilities :
Working directly with the Design Lead, UX Design team, Product Managers and Development team to deliver functional and creative AI-based products and services.
Creating best-in-class low- and high-fidelity product interfaces based on user research, business requirements and user journeys explorations.
Occasionally supporting team in creating other digital assets, such as PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and Data Visualizations based on HSBC Design System.
Supporting Video team in creating motion design layouts and graphic assets.
Providing brand consultancy and creative advice to stakeholders.
Making sure branding guidelines are understood and met within all the projects.
Working as a part of multi-disciplinary agile pods with other technical, creative, and business roles.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience in creating design for digital products with an emphasis on a product design.
Good sense of style and aesthetics, with a tendency towards minimalistic & functional.
A portfolio demonstrating a breadth of visual creativity and ability in various areas of graphic design.
Advanced skill in design software - Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Very good spoken and written English.
Strong understanding of Design Thinking process and user-centric approach.
Very good communication skills as well as emotional intelligence - an ideal candidate will be able to cooperate with business stakeholders, understand their needs, as well as present his/her explorations in a clear and understandable way.
