Senior Virtualization Engineer with French

For our customer, a leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation, we are seeking a Senior Virtualization Engineer with French.

Project information:

1. Location: Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Opole, or Wrocław (one from those locations to choose; hybrid model of work - once a week from the office)
2. Type of employment: employment contract
3. Project language: French and English
4. Designing and implementing VMware virtualization solutions to meet the organizations infrastructure requirements.
5. Configuring and managing VMware vSphere infrastructure components.
6. Monitoring and maintaining the health, performance, and availability of virtualized environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
7. Collaborating with other IT teams to assess system requirements, recommend enhancements, and implement changes in virtualized environments.
8. Applying security best practices and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
9. Experience in implementing and managing VMware vSphere environments (knowledge of Nutanix solutions and Citrix will be beneficial).
10. Understanding of networking, storage, and high availability (HA) solutions.
11. Familiarity with Site Recovery Manager (SRM).
12. Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies in virtualized environments.
13. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex VMware-related issues.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
15. Capability to technically lead the virtualization team.
16. Proficient in both written and spoken English and French.
17. Familiarity with Citrix is advantageous.
