• For our customer, leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation we are seeking a Senior Virtualization Engineer with French.
• Project information:
• Location: Katowice or Kraków or Lublin or Opole or Wrocław (one of these locations to choose; hybrid model of work - once a week from the office)
• Type of employment: employment contract
• Project language: French and English

• Designing and implementing VMware virtualization solutions to meet the organizations infrastructure requirements.
• Configuring and managing VMware vSphere infrastructure components.
• Monitoring and maintaining the health, performance, and availability of virtualized environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Collaborating with other IT teams to assess system requirements, recommend enhancements, and implement changes in virtualized environments.
• Applying security best practices and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.

• Experience in implementing and managing VMware vSphere environments (knowledge of Nutanix solutions and Citrix will be beneficial).
• Understanding of networking, storage, and high availability (HA) solutions.
• Familiarity with Site Recovery Manager (SRM).
• Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery strategies in virtualized environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex VMware-related issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Capability to technically lead the virtualization team.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and French.
