Streamline CLO Compliance Modeling, Waterfall modeling, ESMA reporting and QC processes to improve efficiency and accuracy, reducing the risk of errors.
Ensure the team remains agile and responsive to evolving directives, while upholding high standards, ensuring compliance, and minimizing disruptions.
Lead initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals, thereby contributing to overall success.
Oversee the management of maintenance queues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Review legal documents, providing comments, recommendations, and final approval for inclusion in the modeling pipeline.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure the integrity of financial models and reports.
Recruit, direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth, and ability to function effectively as a team.
Wymagania
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent.
7+ years of work experience within corporate trust or other securities industry.
5+ years of management experience.
Proficient in risk management and compliance procedures.
Demonstrated success in analytical decision making and strategic thinking.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships at varying levels.
Experience coding payment rules using programming languages such as Python.
Ability to build Investor Reports that include distributions to holders and high-level asset level information.
