Location: Fully Remote (fully remote with office access in Warsaw, Poland).

Responsibilities

  1. Accounting, reporting & requirement analysis for VAT & Intrastat process
  2. Sample audit of invoices, including VAT classification
  3. Provide overall functional support to the regional finance community on VAT & Intrastat
  4. Support of VAT audits
  5. Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity
  6. Support other team members in daily tasks
  7. Support RTR team in various projects

Requirements

  1. 8+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance (advantage: VAT and Intrastat experience)
  2. Degree in Finance & Banking or Economics
  3. Very good communication skills in English
  4. Attention to detail and analytical skills (including experience with reporting)
  5. Strong computing skills; advanced Excel required; experience with SAP would be an advantage.
  6. Self-starter & ability to take initiative
