This is the team
Our UX team is seeking a new person to join our crusade in a journey to make the world a better place. A storyteller who ignites curiosity in people and makes them believe in their ideas. In your role youll become a vital member in a team of skilled professionals, including UX team, engineers, product managers and other stakeholders .
Your primary responsibility will involve planning and conducting user research and designing user flows and customer journey maps to visualize the end-to-end user experience.

This is you
- 5+ years of industry experience as a user experience designer or similar design-related role
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience in creating prototypes or wireframes for complex web applications and/or workflows
- Strong understanding of UCD
- Solid research skills with proven experience in creating personas, user journeys, and user flows
- Ability to translate research insights into actionable recommendations
- Analytical mindset with a user-first approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with high-level solution design in technical contexts
- Proficiency in high-fidelity design, with experience in creating design systems
- Experience in direct cooperation in team, also with developers and stakeholders
- Fluency in English that allows for day-to-day communication with our business partners
- Self-organizing and multi-tasking skills
- An online portfolio demonstrating samples of design deliverables (personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes) is required to apply for this role.
This is your role
- Plan and conduct user research
- Design user flows and customer journey maps to visualize end-to-end user experience
- Develop use cases and document high-level solution requirements, including functional capabilities and constraints
- Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate proposed designs
- Plan and execute user testing sessions to validate proposed solutions
- Make design decisions that will have a positive impact on product development
- Share your expert knowledge about UX methodology and best practices with the rest of UX team members
- Contribute to building even more fabulous UX team
