We’re now looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer – someone who enjoys tackling complex challenges, can combine strategic thinking with polished aesthetics, and wants to have a real impact on products used worldwide.
responsibilities :
Designing user experiences and interfaces for complex mobile and web applications – from concepts and prototypes to final, development-ready designs,
Leading and facilitating UX workshops with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams,
Creating and evolving Design Systems to support scalable product development,
Presenting and justifying design decisions to stakeholders and clients,
Collaborating in an international environment (fluent, communicative English is required in daily work).
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer (enterprise/fintech background is a strong plus),
Strong skills across the core domains of design – from research and information architecture to polished UI,
Fluent, communicative business-level English, both spoken and written,
Ability to navigate ambiguity and propose practical, user-centered solutions.
