• Running interviews, surveys, and usability tests to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that align with brand guidelines and improve usability
• Validating through testing & analytics
• Collaborating with developers using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring concepts to life
• Creating visual assets using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW

• Proven UX Design experience
• Research & testing skills
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and version control tools
• Proficiency with design tools, e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Great English skills, both spoken and written
• Residing in Poland required
