We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who is passionate about creating clean, intuitive, and elegant user experiences. At Efigence, you’ll go beyond designing interfaces — you’ll help shape cutting-edge digital products used by millions, while gaining international exposure working directly with one of the fastest-growing fintech markets in the world: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

✈ International Experience in Riyadh  

• Join on-site collaboration sessions in Riyadh — an emerging global hub for digital innovation
• One-week onboarding trip within your first month  
• Regular design sprints and workshops in Saudi Arabia with client stakeholders
• All travel and visa arrangements handled by us — flights, hotel, and expenses fully covered
• Experience Middle Eastern culture and business first-hand while growing your global career
• Time zone: Some overlap with KSA (UTC+3); Sunday–Thursday workweek on client side

? If you’re looking to grow as a designer while exploring the world, join us — and leave your mark on the future of mobile banking. 

• 5+ years of UX/UI experience in agile environments, ideally with enterprise or financial services
• A portfolio that proves your ability to simplify complexity through clear design
• Expertise in Figma (a must); other tools are a plus
• Strong UX fundamentals: design thinking, accessibility, mobile-first best practices
• Fluent English (C1) and ability to communicate design ideas clearly
• Confidence in stakeholder presentations and remote/in-person workshops
• Flexibility to work on Sundays and holidays, aligning with client working hours (Sunday–Thursday workweek in Saudi Arabia)

⭐ Nice to Have 

• Experience with digital banking or fintech products
• Familiarity with clients from the Gulf region
• UX research and usability testing background
• Workshop facilitation or team leadership experience
