Elsewhere Entertainment is seeking a Senior UX Designer to contribute to the development of a new IP.

Enjoy a creative environment while collaborating with our skilled team of developers to create innovative and engaging entertainment experiences.

You will be part of the Technical Design department, focusing on UX for game content implementation tools, streamlining pipelines and workflows.

Additionally, you will help enhance the studio and our games, emphasizing inclusivity, mutual respect, thoughtfulness, empathy, integrity, and collaboration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with senior leadership to define the vision for our tools.
• Establishing and promoting UX guidelines across the toolset.
• Collaborating with teams on technical solutions and pipelines.
• Owning the UX design process from concept to implementation.
• Supporting hiring, training, and mentoring technical UX designers.
• Prototyping and developing features and systems for AAA projects.
• Creating documentation and communication materials for UX standards.
• Implementing systems in proprietary tools using your technical expertise.
• Working closely with various teams to ensure clear communication and collaboration.
• Providing ongoing feedback and staying updated on industry trends.

Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 8 years of experience shipping AAA titles in UX roles.
• Strong communication skills to align team vision.
• Experience with game development tools like Unity, Unreal, or similar.
• Extensive player experience across genres.
• Self-motivation, initiative, and a positive attitude.
• Experience with multiplayer games and client-server architecture.
• A passion for gaming and understanding of diverse genres.
• UX experience outside of game development is a plus.
