responsibilities :

Lead user research initiatives, including planning, executing, and analyzing research studies to inform product design decisions.
Work with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and prioritize research initiatives based on product goals and objectives.
Develop research plans and methodologies, including user recruitment, study design, and data collection methods.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that inform product design decisions and strategy.
Communicate research findings and insights to cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers.
Mentor and manage a team of UX researchers, providing guidance and support as needed.

requirements-expected :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience conducting user research in a UX design or product development environment.
Proven track record of leading successful UX research initiatives that have influenced product design decisions.
Experience managing a team of UX researchers.
Expertise in a variety of research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with user research tools and software.
