responsibilities :
Design intuitive and usable interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring high quality in all projects.
Seek new, innovative solutions to enhance the user experience, incorporating them into the company’s projects.
Collaborate with product teams to implement designs efficiently.
Provide mentorship and training to team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Create mockups and prototypes using interface design tools such as Figma or similar.
Create and maintain user personas and journey maps to better understand and address user needs across products.
Collaborate on content strategy to ensure consistent and user-friendly messaging in product interfaces.
Lead the UI/UX design for major programs, both as a hands-on practitioner and by providing oversight and direction to other designers.
Mentor and lead a team of junior, regular, and senior designers.
Develop and maintain the company’s Design System, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Coach stakeholders on UX best practices, promoting a user-centric approach across projects.
Prioritize tasks across multiple, simultaneously developed projects.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the UX team, assigning and reviewing tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product development managers, product owners and analysts to ensure alignment and smooth execution of UX strategies.
Stay up to date with industry trends and innovations, bringing new tools and methodologies to the team.
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of experience as a UX designer..
Proven experience in leading and managing design teams.
Proven ability to design intuitive and effective graphical interfaces.
Experience in web and mobile application design.
Solid understanding of web technologies and their application in mobile web solutions.
Proficiency in mockup and prototype design software (preferably Figma).
Strong knowledge of collaboration tools like Miro.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and think critically.
Fluent with Polish, both written and spoken.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful UX projects.
