Weare looking for ahighly skilled and motivated UXDesigner tojoin our UXteam, focusing onapp experiences, inacollaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise indesigning native app experiences and astrong user-centered approach. With exceptional interaction design skills, information architecture expertise, and apassion forUX, you’ll translate user needs and business goals into seamless and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design advanced functional prototypes quickly and iteratively.
• Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and interaction design specifications tocreate acomprehensive application flow experience.
• Plan and execute asolidUX process across multiple feature sets within asingle mobile app.
• Expertly designed the user flow, incorporating all user cases, business requirements, quantitative and qualitative research findings, usability criteria, and technical limitations.
• Ensure consistency and quality indesign byadhering toand evolving the design system and standards.
• Conduct UXDesk research (e.g., benchmarks, feature analysis, user persona definition) tounderstand user needs and expectations.
• Propose and conductUX research methodologies when required, such asuser tests, card sortings, heuristic analysis, surveys, etc., tovalidate and improve the user experience.
• Facilitate ideation and design thinking sessions togenerate new ideas and design solutions with the rest ofthe team.
• Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Product Owners, and Product Directors toensure design consistency and quality.
• Interpret quantitative data from tools like Amplitude togain insights and continuously improve the user experience.
• Present proposals and opportunities inclear, concise, and compelling ways.
• Professionally present the product tothe rest ofthe team orexternal stakeholders.
• Contribute tothe development and continuous improvement oftheUX research function within the team.

Requirements:

• 5+years ofprofessionalUX design experience inmobile app projects asakey member ofadesign team participating inthe product development lifecycle.
• Demonstrable experience indeveloping medium tohigh-fidelity prototypes and interaction design atanadvanced level.
• Ability towork inanagile, proactive, and pragmatic manner, adhering toestablished deadlines.
• Expertise ininformation architecture for complete application flow design.
• Strong portfolio ofdesign projects and UXprocesses.
• Bachelor’s degree indesign, UX, orrelated field, orequivalent professional experience.
• Solid knowledge ofFigma.
• Solid knowledge ofnative apps.
• Familiarity with analytical data toinform design decisions.
• Ability topropose and lead ideation sessions.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability todocument processes effectively.
• Problem-solving aptitude.
• Team player with apositive attitude.
