Are you an experienced Senior UX Designer looking for the next phase in your career? Our B2B CX design team is looking for a seasoned UX designer to be responsible for the experience design of cyber security products and services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design UX flows and UI designs for product features and user stories.
2. Write compelling and user-friendly UI texts and messages, and design interactive user guidance to help in onboarding and use of the service.
3. Collaborate with the CX team in usability studies, user research, and competitor analysis.
4. Generate creative insights from customer, product, and prototype feedback.
5. Actively collaborate and communicate with product, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams to deliver excellent and customer-centric end-to-end experiences.

What are we looking for?

1. 4-6 years of UX design experience of web and mobile applications.
2. A degree in a suitable field or equivalent professional experience.
3. UX design portfolio demonstrating talent and excellent attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in design, prototyping, collaboration, and presentation tools (e.g. Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch, Adobe tools, Axure, Miro).
5. Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Bonus points

1. Experience of product design for the B2B environment.
2. Experience of assisting user onboarding and service use through interactive guidance.
3. Experience of Service Design methodology.
4. Experience of front end development with modern JavaScript frameworks, CSS, and HTML5.
